Scott worked as a research assistant in the spring
of 2003, and graduated with a B.S. in Biology that May. Scott helped
order and set up molecular lab equipment in the MMEL. He then worked
with Terry Chapin's group for the next two years, carrying out soil
ecology fieldwork in Siberia.
