RESEARCH INTERESTS
Liz arrived in Alaska as an EPSCoR Plant-Microbe Interactions postdoctoral fellow in June of 2008. She examined the roles ectomycorrhizal fungi may play in shaping plant community composition and dynamics following fire. She is now a postdoc at the Department of Forest Pathology and Mycology, Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, Uppsala, Sweden.
