CURRENT RESEARCH PROJECTS

I am an M.S. student at the University of Alaska Fairbanks.  I study stream ecology.

I want to save the world.

My research interests lie in the ecology and conservation of running water.  I am particularly intrigued by linkages between the terrestrial landscape and the aquatic systems influenced by this landscape.  I hope next to explore the use of spatially explicit models to make predictions about the consequences of land use decisions for riverine systems and organisms for the purpose of conservation planning.
