WINTER HOUSING RESERVATIONS
September 13, 2008 to March 31, 2009

The current Toolik Field Station winter userday capacity is five researchers in residence per day.
The following procedure lists the steps you need to complete to request a winter reservation.
1) Check the on-line Winter Reservation Calendar for availability. Dates marked with a RED BAR indicate the facility is booked to capacity and not available for additional reservations.

2) Send an e-mail to Mike Abels, Operations Manager fnmaa@uaf.edu requesting dates.

3) Once you get approval for your dates, (e-mail and listing on the calendar) use the on-line housing reservation form to enter a reservation for each project member.
