Core Lab Equipment: SympHony pH Meter SR601C

Description:

VWR SympHony Meter SR601C: This meter can measure pH from -2.000 to 19.999. The Core Lab has a pH Posi-pHlo Ag/AgCl glass electrode and an ATC (automatic temperature compensation) epoxy temperature probe. Autocalibration is possible with 1 to 5 buffers.

User information:

The pH meter is not used on a regular basis so make sure you calibrate it before starting your measurements. Three buffers are available for calibration (pH 4.01, pH 7.00, pH10.01). There is also Ag/AgCl filling solution on the shelf in case the electrode is low on internal fluid. When you finish make sure that the electrode is cleaned up with Milli-Q water and that the storage buffer bottle has enough buffer. As always if you make a mess please clean it up, sign-up when you use the equipment, and if you have any questions please ask a Core Lab Tech.

Location:

Core Lab, WRRB 207
