Transgenomic WAVE Nucleic Acid Analysis System (This machine is off service contract)
The WAVE system is capable of operating in a number of configurations. The fee structure reflects the variation in the cost of operating the instrument using its different detection methods.
NOTE: Users need a minimum of 96 samples in order for the Core lab to prepare fresh buffers or they will be charged for the buffer costs.
If using the Core Lab DNASep column:
Detection Method |
Cost Per Injection |
UV Detector |
$1.00 |
Fluorescence Detector |
$1.80 |
Both Detectors Simultaneous |
$1.90 |
If you provide your own column:
Detection Method |
Cost Per Injection |
UV Detector |
$0.70 |
Fluorescence Detector |
$1.40 |
Both Detectors Simultaneous |
$1.50 |
If you provide your own buffer:
Detection Method |
Cost Per Injection |
UV Detector |
$0.60 |
Fluorescence Detector |
$1.40 |
Both Detectors Simultaneous |
$1.50 |
If you provide your own buffer and column:
Detection Method |
Cost Per Injection |
UV Detector |
$0.40 |
Fluorescence Detector |
$1.00 |
Both Detectors Simultaneous |
$1.10 |
If using the Core lab High Throughput DNASep column:
This uses the same price schedule as above, but subtract $0.10 from the cost per injection. |
