ASM Committees

Committee Meetings:  Those committees that have requested a meeting space are scheduled as follows. Maps to meeting rooms will be available in registration packets. If your committee is listed without a room or time we are awaiting further details from the committee chair. If your committee is not listed but you wish to hold a meeting during the conference, please contact Theresa Woldstad ( ) for scheduling.

Sack lunches: If you have scheduled a lunch meeting, sack lunches can be made available but they need to be pre-ordered by Sunday, June 7th. Those who have purchased meal plans will receive a meal ticket that can be exchanged for a lunch. Those who wish to purchase a lunch may do so for $8.25. Please send committee sack lunch requests to Hayley Lanier ( ) with a count of the total number of lunches needed, any specific food requirements (e.g., vegetarian meal, food alergies, etc.) and the number of particpants who have not purchased a meal plan. All sack lunch requests need to be made by the 8th of June.

* Note that the Kayak Room is not in the Wood Center. It is located in the Fine Arts Complex, just down the
hall from the Great Hall & the registration desk.
